    Ship the full CLI/TUI monorepo as an independent WeBuild tree, set the
baked-in default to qwen3.7-max (DashScope OpenAI-compatible chat
completions) while keeping grok-build switchable, strip monorepo §HDR§/§U§
markers so plain cargo builds, and document build/config defaults.
